How does AbosseyOkai Direct work?+
Tell us your car (make, model, year) and the part or parts you need. Pay one small sourcing fee for the whole request via MoMo (GH₵ 20–100) so our team goes to Abossey Okai for you. We source and inspect the parts, send you one fixed price, and once you approve, you pay the balance via mobile money and we deliver. The sourcing fee is credited to your total.
Do I pay upfront?+
Two mobile-money steps. First, a small sourcing fee (GH₵ 20–100) so we go to market for you. Second, once you approve the fixed price, you pay the balance via MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AirtelTigo Money — the sourcing fee is credited, so committed buyers pay nothing extra.
How long does delivery take in Accra?+
Same-day for parts already in stock. Sourced parts typically arrive within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Do you deliver outside Accra?+
Yes. We arrange courier delivery to Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi and other major cities in Ghana. Delivery times and fees depend on the destination.
Are the parts genuine?+
We offer both genuine OEM and quality aftermarket options — clearly labelled before you buy. Every part is inspected by us before dispatch so you never receive a counterfeit.
What if the part is wrong or doesn't fit?+
If we sourced the wrong part, we exchange or refund it. Tell your dispatch rider before completing payment so we can resolve it on the spot.
Can you also arrange a mechanic?+
Yes. We can arrange a vetted mechanic at Abossey Okai market, or send one to you. Submit a mechanic request and we'll coordinate.
